Background
|
The macrophage
colony-stimulating factor (M-CSF), also designated CSF-1, was originally
discovered in serum, urine and other biological fluids as a factor that can
stimulate the formation of macrophage colonies from bone marrow hematopoietic
progenitor cells. M-CSF is a homodimeric cytokine that is produced by
fibroblasts, epithelial cells, bone marrow stromal cells, osteoblasts,
keratinocytes, macrophages, T cells and B cells. M-CSF is a glycoprotein
required for the proliferation and differentiation of mononuclear phagocytes,
including osteoclasts. M-CSF has also been identified as an important
mediator of the inflammatory response and can regulate the release of
proinflammatory cytokines from macrophages. M-CSF exerts its pleiotropic
effects by binding to a single type of high XYfinity cell surface receptor
that is encoded by the c-Fms proto-oncogene.

保存條件:
MCSF Rabbit
Monoclonal Antibody -20℃保存，Western一抗稀釋液-20℃或4℃保存，一年有效。Western一抗稀釋液優(yōu)先推薦4℃保存，長期不使用可以考慮-20℃保存，但凍融可能會導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)輕微的渾濁和少量不溶物。
注意事項(xiàng):
如果本抗體用于Western blot (WB)、**熒光(IF)、**細(xì)胞化學(xué)(ICC)等實(shí)驗(yàn)，請注意回收使用過的稀釋抗體?；厥盏目贵w通常至少可以重復(fù)使用5-10次。稀釋后的抗體，包括已經(jīng)使用過的稀釋抗體，請4℃保存。
回收后重復(fù)使用的抗體，使用方法同新鮮稀釋的抗體。如果在重復(fù)使用過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)抗體出現(xiàn)輕微混濁現(xiàn)象，可以10,000g離心1-3分鐘，取上清用于后續(xù)檢測。如果回收的抗體出現(xiàn)明顯的絮狀物或長霉長菌等情況，則可以考慮廢棄該抗體。
提供的Western一抗稀釋液也可以用于**熒光(IF)、**組化(IHC)、**細(xì)胞化學(xué)(ICC)等適當(dāng)用途。如果希望獲得*佳的檢測效果，請考慮使用上述檢測專用的一抗稀釋液。
